Our website runs on Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept Clearpay payments. For more information on Clearpay, please visit the Clearpay FAQs page.

When the package is sent out for delivery you will receive an email with a tracking number. The link below allows you to track your package using that number:

Delivery time depends on region. All packages are sent using standard ground services from HM Royal Mail Standard Domestic or International. According to the Royal Mail website delivery within Europe (including Britain) takes 3-5 working days and the rest of the world takes 5-7 working days.

Yes, we can create a custom cut record. Price range 75-125+ GBP* with free UK shipping. Contact us at retroprogressionmanagement@gmail.com with enquiries. Please note that coupon codes are not eligible with custom design orders. *More complex designs may be quoted higher.

We currently have three stalls at markets in London. Please feel free to visit us at Spitalfields Traders Market or Covent Garden Jubilee Market any day of the week. Check the Contact Us page for specific directions and opening times.

First – don’t panic, you can fix this. Move all three hands together in a single line, then lifting from the bottom hand, pull up and remove all three hands from the mechanism. Re-apply the hands: first the hour hand, then minute and lastly second. Push the pin into the centre of the mechanism. Voila, your clock hands should be running smoothly again.
