When you place an order for a product on retroprogression.com you are agreeing to purchase it for the price displayed, including any necessary shipping fees, subject to these terms.

Please check your personal details before submitting an order. If you make a mistake regarding the shipping information or need to change an order for any reason, please contact us at retroprogressionmanagement@gmail.com.

When you place an order on retroprogression.com, the information is processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with Royal Mail tracking details.

Please note that we currently ship on Wednesday – Friday, although this is subject to change based on rota changes. If you have not heard from us within a week of making your order, please email/phone us and we will give you an update on your order. Visit our Shipping Info page for more on how we send orders.

The nature of the business means that sometimes we need to order additional stock and/or have new vinyl cut according to your order. If you have not heard from us within a week of making your order, please email/phone us and we will give you an update on your order.

Retro Progression may cancel an order if it is necessary or discontinue the availability of products at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full and contacted by us.

Prices given on retroprogression.com are in British Pounds (GBP). If you are ordering from outside of the UK, we cannot guarantee the currency conversion rate or any additional incurring charges.

If you place an order to be shipped outside of the UK, you are responsible for any incurring taxes/custom duties that may need to be paid.

Retro Progression reserves the right to terminate orders where
(a) products are not available.
(b) your payment has not been authorised and/or processed.
(c) we cannot meet your requested delivery date (if these are given in Order notes).
(d) your custom order is offensive or discriminatory.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check the top of the page for the most recent update date. Every time you make an order with us, you are agreeing to the most recent Terms.

You must provide accurate Billing Information before submitting your order.

We reserve the copyright and intellectual property rights to the website and any information or images on the website are owned by or licensed to Retro Progression. Unless otherwise specified, these may not be used, copied or altered without our consent.

Coupon codes cannot be used against items on sale or with custom orders. Items on sale are clearly marked with a sale and discounted price. If in doubt about whether or not you can use a coupon code, please email/phone us.
